Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑impact client service through proactive outreach, clienteling and in‑store consultation to build lasting relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by demonstrating product benefits, upselling, and closing transactions.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process payments, manage returns and maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation, inventory levels and store aesthetics reflect brand guidelines.
- Support stock management tasks including receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts, and assist with loss‑prevention best practices.

Qualifications

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client relationship management.
