Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to sales teams and store partners to optimise client experience and sales performance.
  • Manage order processing, returns/exchanges, and after-sales follow-up in line with company procedures and service standards.
  • Maintain and update clienteling records; coordinate outreach and appointment logistics to sustain key client relationships.
  • Support inventory controls and stock replenishment processes, including coordination with distribution/warehouse teams and stores.
