Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to sales teams and store partners to optimise client experience and sales performance.
- Manage order processing, returns/exchanges, and after-sales follow-up in line with company procedures and service standards.
- Maintain and update clienteling records; coordinate outreach and appointment logistics to sustain key client relationships.
- Support inventory controls and stock replenishment processes, including coordination with distribution/warehouse teams and stores.
- Produce regular sales and operational reports, monitor KPIs, and escalate trends or issues to managers.
- Assist with visual merchandising rollouts, merchandising kits, and in-store presentation support as required.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (store operations, logistics, e-commerce, and CRM) to resolve client or operational exceptions.
Qualifications
- Proven background in retail operations, sales support, or client services within luxury or premium retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused orientation.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in processing transactions and familiarity with inventory and order-management workflows.
- Discretion handling confidential client information and adherence to brand service standards.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience supporting retail sales or client service teams, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector. Demonstrated experience with order management, clienteling, and cross-functional coordination is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
