Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain a polished, brand-compliant sales floor presentation.

  • Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving, and cycle counts.

  • Provide product education to clients and colleagues, staying current on seasonal collections and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales ability with a customer-first mentality; prior luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
