Role & Responsibilities

- Adhere to loss-prevention, brand-protection and store operational policies at all times.
- Provide product education to clients and colleagues, staying current on seasonal collections and brand storytelling.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales ability with a customer-first mentality; prior luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with polished professional presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and contribute to a team-oriented retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment and capability to perform physical demands of retail (standing, light lifting).
- High school diploma or equivalent; supplementary retail or fashion training is an advantage.

Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, premium, or designer brands; a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience in client relationship management is preferred.
