Role & Responsibilities

- Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions and external community-facing activities.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and grooming.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the hiring country.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally with at least some exposure to luxury or premium fashion brands and a proven record of client development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, fashion, or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
