Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Execute brand visual merchandising standards, including window and floor displays, to maintain an on-brand presentation.
- Conduct proactive clienteling: build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, outreach and personalised recommendations.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention controls.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain sales floor readiness and ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
- Participate in product knowledge and sales training; communicate customer feedback and competitive insights to management.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues during peak periods, events and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a client-first orientation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Right to work in the United States (local employment authorization).
- Attention to detail and adherence to brand standards and loss-prevention procedures.

Experience
Typically 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience; prior luxury or specialty retail experience preferred but not required for temporary assignments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality coursework is advantageous.
