Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Manage clienteling activities, including follow‑up communications, appointment bookings and CRM updates.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and floor sets to ensure product presentation reflects brand aesthetics.
  • Operate POS systems accurately, handle transactions and maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Support inventory management: receive, process and stock merchandise; conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies.
  • Contribute to loss prevention, store operations, opening/closing duties and team collaboration during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium fashion (see experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver measurable business results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach with strong ability to build rapport.
  • Polished professional presentation and adherence to brand standards.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; willingness to work retail schedules.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of direct retail sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a luxury or premium fashion environment preferred; experience meeting targets and executing clienteling strategies is essential.
