Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales, returns, exchanges and gift services while ensuring adherence to company cash-handling policies.
- Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer, prepare daily till reports and escalate discrepancies according to store procedures.
- Deliver high-caliber, personalized service to a luxury clientele, cultivating rapport and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and drive conversion.
- Support store standards including merchandising, stock replenishment, fitting-room management and visual presentation to reflect brand aesthetics.
- Follow loss-prevention protocols, complete required paperwork and collaborate with the management team on shrink-reduction measures.
- Assist with inbound shipments, price checks and general administrative tasks to support smooth store operations during peak periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven cash-handling experience with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable customer-service skills, preferably within luxury, fashion, or premium retail environments.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
