Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service at the cashwrap; greet clients warmly and create a memorable checkout experience.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to accurately process sales, returns, repairs and damaged-goods transactions in accordance with company standards.
  • Promote the Insider Program, gift cards and relevant add-on sales to drive conversion and average transaction value.
  • Maintain strict accuracy in cash handling and media management; perform end-of-shift audits and comply with loss-prevention policies.
  • Keep the cashwrap organized and operational; monitor and report equipment issues promptly to management.
  • Support team development by assisting in the training and mentoring of cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment and maintain operational accuracy.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and statutory holidays.

Experience

At least one year of experience in cashiering or retail service is required; prior luxury retail exposure is desirable and will be considered an asset.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
