Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to brand cash-handling procedures.
- Deliver elevated, client-focused service that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning; build rapport, recognise client preferences and support clienteling activities.
- Maintain register accuracy through daily reconciliation, balancing cash drawers and reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Support merchandising standards on the sales floor and at the till, ensuring products, displays and packaging meet brand presentation guidelines.
- Assist with loss-prevention measures, follow store security protocols and escalate suspicious activity according to policy.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues to meet store targets, assist with stock replenishment and support opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cash-handling experience preferred, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and proven ability to maintain cash accuracy.
- Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Ideally 1–2 years of retail or cashier experience; experience in fashion or luxury retail is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
