Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate customer needs, and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background)
• Preferably experience in a luxury retail service environment; combination of education and experience will be considered
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to use iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet applications
• Familiarity with walkie talkie communication devices
• Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience

1 or more years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service setting. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not explicitly required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
