Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Maintain professionalism, welcome feedback, and adapt behaviors as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail background preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation
- Ability to read price lists and product release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
- Physical capability to regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Experience with clienteling platforms and customer data acquisition (preferred)

1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape required. Combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.
