Coach seeks Retail Management Trainee in Beijing for luxury boutique role with comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and brand engagement in the retail environment
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays
- Process transactions and maintain point-of-sale systems accuracy
- Assist in training and orientation of new retail team members
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards
