Coach Sales Associate position at Tw Taoyuan Gloria Outlets. Deliver luxury retail experiences, drive omni-channel sales, and represent the brand with excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS applications
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail seasons
- Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and social media engagement (preferred)
- Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Demonstrated success building client relationships and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Familiarity with omni-channel retail practices and digital sales tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional fashion, retail management, or business education considered advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Taoyuan, Taoyuan, Taiwan, with easy access to Taipei.
