Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute strategic follow-up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business requirements
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while sustaining service standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage overall team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain professional composure in fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, iPad/laptop operation, and walkie-talkie communication
- Ability to read price sheets, release schedules, and promotional materials
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift minimum 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom terrain
- Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail environments. Experience with fashion trends, competitive analysis, and customer-centric sales approaches highly valued. Background in mobile POS systems, clienteling platforms, and social selling channels preferred. Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, relationship building, and exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and demonstrated retail sales experience will be considered.
