Coach Sales Support Associate in Richmond, BC. Part-time retail role with competitive hourly pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement and community presence
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers while reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Ability to utilize walkie talkies and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, with preference given to candidates with luxury retail background. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, within easy reach of Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.25 to CAD 21.50 per hour.
