Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service through proactive clienteling and relationship development to drive repeat business and lifetime value.

  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges while maintaining cash handling and transaction integrity.

  • Support inventory activities including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss prevention procedures to safeguard merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the store team and management to execute promotions, events and VIP appointments; contribute to a cohesive boutique atmosphere.
  • Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems; follow up on enquiries and nurture prospects through appropriate outreach.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for client‑facing retail roles; previous experience in premium or luxury fashion retail preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional presence appropriate for a luxury boutique.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks; ability to work a varied retail schedule.
  • Basic numeracy and demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and commitment to uphold brand standards of conduct and presentation.

Experience
