Coach Sales Support Associate position in Nashville, TN. Part-time retail role offering competitive pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates and directives
  • Support overall sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and partner with team members and management as needed
  • Maintain store housekeeping standards, adhere to loss prevention guidelines, and ensure compliance with company protocols
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, cash registers, and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
  • Ability to utilize two-way communication devices and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom areas
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods

Experience
