Coach Sales Associate role in Miami, Florida—luxury retail position blending brand ambassadorship with omni-channel sales and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, embodying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion trend consultation
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations tailored to client preferences
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to acquire customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationship pipelines, and execute follow-up protocols to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory operations, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently across all channels: purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas to maintain operational continuity
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based environment; encourage exceptional team performance
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome constructive feedback, adapt professional behaviors, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile point-of-sale technology
- Basic computer literacy with iPad, laptop, and digital retail tools
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Preferred: Social media acumen, experience with livestream shopping or video product demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and customer data acquisition skills

Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail exposure strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with contemporary fashion trends, competitive retail practices, and omni-channel selling methodologies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and demonstrated retail sales experience will be considered.
