Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials weighing up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Demonstrated ability to use walkie-talkies and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical capability to lift, bend, kneel, and maneuver merchandise regularly

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
