Coach Sales Support Associate, part-time retail position in Hanover, Maryland. $15.00–$21.75/hr, luxury fashion retail experience preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized service throughout their store visit
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
  • Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local community, actively supporting social media engagement and brand visibility
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift card offerings, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales and customer relationships
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage stock levels on the sales floor, execute replenishment tasks, and support visual merchandising updates
  • Support all sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer inquiries and requests, and partner with team members and management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines and procedures
  • Demonstrate physical capability to lift merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs.) and occasionally (up to 50 lbs.), and navigate the sales floor and stockroom environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales positions, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
  • Ability to operate walkie-talkies and read price sheets and product release documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
  • Capacity to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Strong English language proficiency

Experience

Compensation
