Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized product assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
• Execute POS transactions, suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and merchandise transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Replenish sales floor inventory, manage stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates in accordance with brand standards
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping and visual standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom; adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines
• Support sales team activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management as required
• Lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise and supplies regularly (up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.); climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom efficiently

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie systems and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

1 or more years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and professional retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
