Coach in Fort Worth, TX seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury service, drive omni-channel sales, and support daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling guidance, product expertise and follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
- Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling systems and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while complying with POS procedures, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support colleagues across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour to uphold professional standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and walkie-talkie use.
- Capability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of direct sales experience; prior luxury retail or branded retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record meeting sales KPIs and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
