Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and brand positioning
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to individual customer needs
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations aligned to customer preferences
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs with consistent performance tracking
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales and build a personal client base
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement according to store directives
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store objectives
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment; encourage peer performance and support collective goals
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback and adapt behaviors accordingly; maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced retail settings

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and seasonal product categories
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie communication
  • Ability to read and interpret pricing sheets, release schedules, and promotional materials
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or short-form social content (preferred)
  • Proficiency in clienteling platforms and customer data acquisition tools (preferred)
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments effectively

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion, or business education is beneficial but not required. Combination of relevant professional experience and self-directed learning is valued.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
