Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and embody the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain active client relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy and presence on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement throughout the store
  • Provide cross-functional support to teammates across different functional areas as needed
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and actively encourage team performance and cohesion
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors proactively, and maintain composure and professionalism in demanding situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Experience with price sheets, release sheets, and walkie-talkie communication systems
  • Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive retail landscape (preferred)
  • Luxury retail background and demonstrated social media acumen (preferred)
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video product demonstrations, or social selling platforms (preferred)
  • Clienteling experience and data acquisition skills (preferred)

Experience
