Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, high‑touch client service on the sales floor and via scheduled appointments; support sales associates in meeting individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems to process transactions, exchanges and returns accurately and securely.
  • Receive, unpack and process incoming merchandise; perform replenishment and transfers to maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and assist with window and floor resets to preserve brand presentation and seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts; support loss‑prevention procedures and accurate record keeping.
  • Maintain CRM and clienteling records by logging interactions, follow‑ups and prospect information as required.
  • Prepare daily sales documentation, basic sales reports, and assist management with administrative tasks such as scheduling and shipment coordination.
  • Ensure immaculate store housekeeping, product presentation and readiness for peak trading periods, events and VIP visits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer‑service certification is a plus.
  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal manner appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the hiring country and ability to pass standard background checks.

Experience
