Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales, returns, exchanges and payments while maintaining an exceptional luxury service standard.

  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards at the checkout area to reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Adhere to loss prevention policies, including verification of tender, receipt protocols and identification checks for returns.
  • Collaborate with store management on workflow, peak-period coverage and implementation of promotional events or campaigns.
  • Train and mentor junior cashiers on POS procedures, cash-handling best practices and client service nuances.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail cashiering or cash handling; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable numerical accuracy and experience reconciling cash drawers and daily sales reports.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-touch client service in a retail environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience
