Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through bespoke styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and meeting individual and store KPIs; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Sell through omni-channel tools: mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert leads.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized and properly stocked; adhere to asset protection and POS procedures.
  • Source new customers, manage multiple customers on the floor, and adapt selling techniques to peak business needs and traffic patterns.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience using POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable with mobile POS and walkie‑talkie communications.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a salesfloor and stockroom environment.
  • Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and using POS/clienteling tools in a fast-paced environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
