Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, product presentation and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage returns/exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Support inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention controls.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and product launches to enhance brand presence and client engagement.
- Collaborate with store leadership to share market feedback, client insights and opportunities to improve assortment and service.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for client-facing retail roles; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed targets under a KPI-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished presentation appropriate for a luxury boutique.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in retail, fashion or related field is a plus.

Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury, premium or boutique environments is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or degree in fashion, retail management or related discipline preferred.
