Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective merchandising.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process sales, exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation and product storytelling.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, stock counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Contribute to omnichannel fulfilment (e.g., ship-from-store, buy-online-pickup-in-store) and participate in store events and product launches.
  • Provide product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear; communicate features, provenance and care instructions to clients.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to share client insights, update CRM records and identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-focused manner.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • Legal right to work in the hiring country.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or post-secondary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
