Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value and conversion.
  • Maintain boutique standards of visual merchandising, window displays and product presentation according to brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Manage stockroom operations including replenishment, inventory counts, receiving and returns.
  • Support store operational duties: opening/closing procedures, daily sales reporting and loss-prevention measures.
  • Communicate product knowledge and brand heritage to clients, advising on fit, materials and care.
  • Participate in client events, trunk shows and promotional activities to drive acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred (1–2 years recommended).
  • Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation appropriate for a luxury boutique.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to meet physical demands of a retail environment.

Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
