Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to provide informed recommendations.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle returns/exchanges and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts.
  • Follow up on client enquiries and appointment bookings via telephone, email and CRM to expand the client database.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store environment, participating in opening/closing routines and ad hoc operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer service and sales aptitude, preferably in luxury, premium fashion or accessories.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional grooming consistent with luxury retail standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
