Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, personalized client experience through proactive outreach, bespoke service and expert product presentation.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and closing techniques.
- Develop and maintain client relationships via clienteling activities, follow-ups and CRM record accuracy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom reflect brand guidelines.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment, markdowns and participate in stock counts.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and company policies regarding cash-handling and security.
- Contribute to store operations including opening/closing duties, team briefings and retail events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion (typically 1+ years).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country and ability to perform physical requirements of the role.

Experience
Typically 1+ years of hands-on retail sales experience with demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets; prior experience within luxury or premium brands is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, merchandising or sales is advantageous.
