Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-quality service to each client through active clienteling, product storytelling, and relationship building to drive sales and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling across product categories.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, ensuring windows, displays and boutique presentation reflect brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately, and manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, inventory control, replenishment and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Participate in store-level promotional activities, product launches and private client events to elevate brand experience.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on client lists, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling to optimise client coverage.
  • Adhere to brand policies, compliance requirements and health & safety standards while providing a welcoming boutique environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury goods preferred.
  • At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.
