Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card and contactless transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer, prepare deposits and ensure adherence to cash-handling and loss-prevention policies.
  • Deliver a superior luxury client experience through attentive service, product knowledge and proactive clienteling to support sales targets.
  • Process returns, exchanges and special requests while following store and brand policies for refunds and receipts.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, maintain sales floor presentation and assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
  • Contribute to store opening and closing procedures, including till balancing and end-of-day reporting, and escalate discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer-service training is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in cash handling and transaction reconciliation; prior retail POS experience required.
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail and proven reliability in adhering to procedures and controls.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.

Experience
