Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system to process sales, returns, exchanges and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy through timely reconciliation and adherence to cash‑handling procedures.
- Deliver exceptional client service consistent with luxury standards: greet clients, respond to inquiries, and support personalised selling.
- Support daily store operations including stock receiving, tagging, replenishment, and visual merchandising upkeep.
- Follow loss‑prevention policies and report irregularities; participate in inventory counts and audit procedures.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to meet sales targets, assist with clienteling activities and ensure a refined store presentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of cashier or retail point‑of‑sale experience; experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Demonstrated numeracy, attention to detail and integrity in cash handling.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
