Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture client data and support omnichannel conversions.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick‑up/returns/exchanges).
- Maintain an organised, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and meet sales KPIs.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and social selling, including short‑form video or live‑stream shopping (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Professional demeanour, resilience under pressure, and receptiveness to feedback.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of customer‑facing sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience is strongly preferred. Experience with social selling, live‑stream shopping or short‑form video is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered. Vocational training in retail, visual merchandising or fashion is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Taichung, Taichung, Taiwan.
