Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and representing the brand with professionalism.
- Deliver personalized clienteling and styling advice to build lasting client relationships and drive loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Capture client data and drive repeat purchases using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream shopping).
- Process transactions and service requests efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments, stockroom management and visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor presence and high energy; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs and peak traffic periods.
- Follow retail policies, POS procedures and asset-protection guidelines to safeguard inventory and revenue.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training programs, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computing on devices such as iPad and laptop; experience using walkie-talkies for store communication.
- Demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills; social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

At least one year of sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or premium accessories; demonstrated experience with omnichannel selling, clienteling, POS systems and social or video-based selling is preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
