Coach seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate in New Taipei, Taiwan. Front‑line brand ambassador delivering luxury omni‑channel retail and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases.
- Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short‑form video to capture customer data and convert sales across channels.
- Execute daily store operations including cash handling, inventory receipt and replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment.
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and store policies.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional tasks and participating in brand trainings and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with inventory and cash‑wrap processes.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using social media and live‑stream/digital selling techniques; clienteling and basic data acquisition skills preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience, preferably in retail; experience with POS operation, omni‑channel or digital selling and clienteling tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
