Coach in Taichung hires a Part-Time Field Sales Associate (Hourly) to deliver luxury retail service, drive sales and support omni-channel clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service and representing the brand with professionalism.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations.
- Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling, and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and promote repeat purchases.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain merchandise presentation and adherence to visual merchandising standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and participate in stock management, shipment receiving and product movement.
- Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad/laptop.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Customer-focused, comfortable with social selling, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
- Comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets; basic computer literacy.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; luxury retail and omni-channel selling experience preferred. Demonstrated use of POS systems, clienteling tools and social selling techniques is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
