Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to store teams, including cash handling, POS transactions and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Manage inventory processes: receiving, stock accuracy, cycle counts and timely replenishment to stores.
  • Support clienteling activities by maintaining client records, coordinating appointments and executing follow-up communications.
  • Assist with merchandising and visual presentation to brand standards; prepare floor sets and ensure product availability.
  • Produce and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports, escalating variances and trends to management.
  • Coordinate with distribution, e-commerce and regional teams to resolve order, delivery and stock-transfer issues.
  • Deliver administrative support such as scheduling, onboarding logistics for new hires and liaising with HR/operations.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff on operational procedures and client-service protocols when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in retail operations or sales support, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Demonstrable customer-service orientation with experience in clienteling and relationship management.
  • Proven knowledge of inventory control, visual merchandising basics and point-of-sale procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple operational tasks.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience

Typically requires 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience in retail operations or sales support within luxury or premium fashion, with hands-on exposure to POS systems, stock management and clienteling.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
