Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and visual merchandising standards across the retail environment
- Assist in leading and motivating retail sales staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor inventory management and merchandise replenishment processes
- Participate in training programs and development initiatives to build management competencies
- Contribute to customer experience excellence and brand representation

Qualifications
