Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, client-focused service through personalised clienteling and active listening to identify needs and promote relevant product assortments.
  • Drive store sales and KPIs by converting walk-ins, following up on leads and executing targeted outreach to existing clientele.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor presentation consistent with brand directives and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale and CRM systems accurately for transactions, returns, repairs and client records; ensure cash-handling procedures are adhered to.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention measures.
  • Collaborate with store team and management to execute store events, launches and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for retail sales with a demonstrable interest in luxury products and high-end customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished client-facing demeanour.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; reliable and punctual.

Experience

Typically 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within a luxury or premium-brand environment; prior boutique experience is advantageous.
