Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Monroe, Ohio. Join Coach's retail team to deliver luxury client service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling, personal sales plans and achievement of individual and store KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and support repeat purchases.
- Source new customers and proactively follow up to close sales; participate in client acquisition and retention activities.
- Manage daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement in the sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail, clienteling, or omni-channel selling experience is strongly preferred, including social media or live-stream selling exposure.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
