Coach in Hong Kong seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate at Hk Sogo Causeway Bay — part-time role delivering luxury retail, omni-channel clienteling and visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Provide personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and proactively source new customers through in-store and digital channels.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom, and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking).
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and initiatives.
  • Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable product and fashion trend knowledge, with awareness of competitor landscape.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and handle cash, and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Social‑media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition preferred.

Experience
