Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Support day-to-day store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, receiving shipments and online order fulfilment.
- Maintain presentation and stockroom standards; follow POS and asset-protection procedures while processing purchases, returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Perform physical tasks as required on the sales floor and stockroom, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maneuvering fixtures and stock.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competency operating POS systems and mobile POS platforms; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and experience capturing customer data to drive repeat purchases.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations (preferred).
- Strong English language proficiency and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and familiarity with omni‑channel selling are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.
