Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, high-touch client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards to preserve brand presentation, maintain floor sets and ensure product storytelling is compelling.
  • Process point-of-sale transactions accurately, manage cash handling and maintain daily sales reporting.
  • Support inventory control including replenishment, stockroom organization and participation in stock counts.
  • Contribute to loss prevention, compliance with company policies and a safe, welcoming store environment.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion or business is advantageous but not required.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, evenings and seasonal peak periods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Demonstrable numerical accuracy for cash handling and sales reconciliation.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and a clear alignment with the Coach brand aesthetic and client experience standards.

Experience
