Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, individualized client service to cultivate relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Actively engage customers on the sales floor to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPI objectives.
  • Execute transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and maintain cash-handling integrity.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: ensure product presentation, window displays and floor replenishment are boutique-ready.
  • Manage inventory tasks including receiving, tagging and restocking merchandise; assist with stockroom organization.
  • Participate in store events, launches and promotional activities to enhance brand experience.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and maintain a secure, welcoming store environment.
  • Collaborate with the store team and management to share client insights and uphold boutique operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience; prior luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver consultative client service.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a customer-focused demeanor.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the United States (or applicable local jurisdiction) and willingness to complete onboarding requirements.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transactional accuracy and stock management.

Experience

Entry-level; typically 1+ year of retail experience recommended, with luxury retail background preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates.
