Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, clienteling and personalized styling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to team objectives.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
- Manage inventory tasks including stock replenishment, receiving, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support in-store events, product launches and promotional initiatives to drive footfall and conversion.
- Uphold store housekeeping, presentation and compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Professional grooming, polished presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and warmth.
- Availability for retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by store schedules.
- Legal eligibility to work in the hiring country.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge for leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections.

Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally 1+ year within luxury or premium brands; candidates with boutique clienteling or high-touch service experience will be prioritized.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or tertiary study in fashion, retail, or business is advantageous.
